Employee Management

This module offers a succinct methodology for hiring, paying, and monitoring the activities of a registered health unit or facility’s employee.

Job & Pay: Handles an automated procedure that manages the schedule of the employee with respect to job hiring date, time conforming salary payment dates, and work leave days.
Doctor’s History management: Provides an automated opportunity and digital mechanism for profiling within timely schedules, the clinical research and clinical trials engaged and/or programmed within each health facility involved in the system. The Admin Appointment Module

Regarded as one of the most active sections of the system, the admin appointment module controls a highly complex background mechanism that manages schedules and timeliness between the user health facility, its employees and/or doctors vis-à-vis consulting patients. With a dedicated QR-code universal identification card, the h-patient is the key client, user and/or participant vis-à-vis a subscribed treating and/or consulting health facility. The h-patient scheduling management within the system is applied at several levels including:

  • The Admin appointment module, which offers the h-patient the possibility of choice and preparedness to select or choose the available medical personnel for consultation and the convenient time for attaining to the appointment. However, in case of emergencies or other urgencies warranting immediate attention, the appointment module management takes such decisions in the best interest of the patient.
  • The H-patient panel offers a privileged appointment booking opportunity determined and decided upon by the patient based on the availability of h-doctors. Here the h-patient has possibility at his/her convenience, time, and space, to prioritise the time and choice of h-doctor to book and later consult within any subscribed health facility hosting the chosen h-doctor.
  • Medical Prescriptions and To Do List are also offered within the patient’s panel and involves medication attention planning, notes taking, and monitoring of personal health issues.

The M-Doctor’s Availability Menu

The telemedicine opportunity offered by our mobile application Heal the Sick duly offers availability slots whereat the registered m-doctor is capable of adding availability slots according to different time frames in pursue of online m-patient consultations. This scheduling and availability is managed through:

  • Periodic reminder notifications before and during the booked consultation time-frame.
  • A timer clock indicating time consumption during the live-consultation process.

M-Patient Booking

With a registered m-patient account, the user of the mobile app is able to see and book all available doctors within the system. The booked appointment scheduling is further handled by:

Donations Module

At the level of the subscribe health unit or facility, or at the level of the community engagement projects, scheduling management is critically considered for ascertaining that the values of timeliness and accountability are maintained throughout our system.

Donations to the Sick, controlled by the publishing health unit or facility, considers the time of patient admission, duration of admission, and recovery of patient after due treatment. Following the publication of a patient for donation that is accompanied by a general notification on the mobile app, the amounts donated are digitally calculated, measured, and timely feedbacks sent to donors or supporters requesting for such.

Donations for hospital projects, engaged and published by the needing health unit or facility, it takes into account the timeframe for publication of the project until meeting its goal, and ascertains that timely feedback is forwarded to the donors or supporters requesting for such.
