With a major aim of promoting equality in healthcare delivery, CHUDATS is principally powered by Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association (MAHSRA) and MAHSRA INCORPORATES CO. LTD.
CHUDATS offers an ERP management system that stands ahead of competition for EMR and EHR data keeping and processing, concordantly with health institutional personnel management, patient care, and other financial flows.
We offer a unique medium for identifying patients and health structures soliciting aid across the globe and the opportunity to make donations into the patients’ and health units’ credit accounts towards facilitating health bill settlements. As such, through a facilitated health bill settlement opportunity and the introduction of heal-cash currency, CHUDATS presents a new healthcare digital insurance mechanism that unites the globe and the general public directly towards supporting one another’s vulnerabilities and community needs.
Our Vision and Projections

Client-ship and Stakeholder Development
This involves investors, stakeholder partners and subscribing health structure clients that in their distinctive categories, contribute in building the system.
CHUDATS Authoritative Board (AB)
This constitutes the authorised structures (Modern Advocacy Humanitarian Social and Rehabilitation Association – MAHSRA, and MAHSRA INCORPORATE CO. LTD. – MAHSRA INC) that are mandated by the patent rights owner to limitlessly exploit the avenues and opportunities that CHUDATS offers. The AB’s responsibilities are related to following concerns:
- Engagements and solicitation of CHUDATS implementation partnership including with but not limited to client health units/structures and other institutional donor organizations.
- Engagements and coordination of all humanitarian ventures leading to and arising from the exploitation of CHUDATS community projects opportunities.
- Liaising with public bodies (non-governmental, government and intergovernmental) in the development and implementation of public health policies with respect to CHUDATS applicability and more.
- Overall supervision and control over engagements and negotiations for other business incentives with respect to the exploitation of CHUDATS.
CHUDATS High Level Stakeholders (HLS)
Through a strategic perspective of inclusiveness, the operational schema of the AB identified the need of distinguishing the system’s stakeholder involvements. The high level stakeholders abbreviated as HLS, are considered under the category of potential partnerships with wider goals that align with our long-term vision and projections. Correspondingly, these refer to government, inter-government, multilateral and/or funding agencies willing to or that have partnered with us to support the system implementation within defined terms and territorially limited conditions. The HLS intervention scope could include but not limited to:
- Financing the installation and usage of CHUDATS in order to promote specific developmental expectations.
- Providing other forms technical, material and/or social assistance for the encouragement of CHUDATS and/or any of its third-party products and/or services.

CHUDATS Cumulative Stakeholders (CS)
Another distinguished partnership level instituted for further inclusive and interactive partnerships within the system considered cost-benefit investments interests of diverse categories of potential partners. Named as the cumulative stakeholders and abbreviated as CS, when agreed by the AB, this category may get involved in the following perspectives:
- As agreed, make calculated contributions or make contractual deals with respect to clearly stated operations of CHUDATS and within duly defined timeframes.
- As agreed, receive the agreed and calculated payments (including dues, interests, dividends, etc.) for their products or services rendered.
CHUDATS Simple Clients
The simple clients category abbreviated as the SC are the collective of all direct users of the system including subscribed health facilities, physicians, patients and other involved categories of structures and community projects benefiting from the offered CHUDATS opportunities. Those found under these categories are guided and governed by several user policy texts and other agreement documents inclusively:

Means of Sustenance
CHUDATS is a hybrid scalable system that galvanizes both public and commercial pathways to develop, maintain, and scale. Our diversified inclusivity which provides different categorical opportunities of stakeholders and also scopes at an institutionalised contribution for Universal Health Coverage sets us beyond the competition. As our innovativeness grows gradually, we are designed to partnering and interacting with several health care, social, and financial sectors of local, national and regional economies. From our institutionalised stakeholders’ partnership opportunities and considering the limitless third-party and other accessory involvements within the system, we already envisage several other forms of income generating prospects that should keep both investors and system management in good and sustained progressive terms.
CHUDATS Income Sustenance Hub
Entering from either the non-profit or profit making sectors, this encloses the AB initial investments and other HLS and CS partnership support opportunities which may include but not limited to:
- development grants from donor organizations,
- subventions from different types public institutions, and
- negotiated and agreed business partnership investments.
CHUDATS offers specifically protected patent products in the form of e-consultation QR-code cards for patients, and card readers for subscribing health units. The installation process of CHUDATS may also warrant several formalities and accessory needs including, payment of user licenses, alternative energy sources, internet connectivity, training of personnel and more, presented as further income sources for the system. This also includes the heal cash liquidity bills in the form of heal notes (HN) that is printed and used as another form of physical payments for services within the system and across its related third-party applications.
With the goal of providing and sustaining qualitative management of the system and its users, minimal percentage deductions or charges are levied on some financial transaction processes within same system.
